Jim Traficant was an American hero, victimized by a corrupt system. He fought for “We-the-People” and difficult truths, and paid the ultimate price.
The Foundation to Defend the First Amendment and the American Free Press gave the following awards during the Traficant Tribute; left to right, Merlin Miller – “Global Peace Award”, John Friend – “Free Speech Award”, and Mark Anderson – “Truth in Journalism Award”
